Supplies Going to Simmesport, Louisiana

Tomorrow around noon a shipment of supplies will be leaving our Nashville warehouse, to be unloaded Monday morning around 9am in Simmesport, LA. Avoyelles Parish in Louisiana had a lot of flooding due to Tropical Storm Arthur, and since there is no Church of Christ in Simmesport, the Pineville Church of Christ, in Pineville, LA, will be receiving and distributing the supplies, to families in need, from the Piggly Wiggly parking lot, on Highway 1 in Simmesport. Large tents will be set up for these supplies to be stored in and distributed from.

We know that many families homes flooded due to the heavy rains. Please keep them in your prayers.
