Aid Going to Wisconsin

This morning, July 30th, a shipment of prepacked boxes of food, personal care, infant care, cleaning supplies, water, sheets, pillows, blankets, box fans, new clothing, new shoes, mops, brooms, rakes, shovels, & wheelbarrows will be unloaded by members of the Mason Street Church of Christ in Appleton, Wisconsin. Monday, July 27th the 3rd EF-3 tornado for 2026 was reported in Wisconsin! The tornadoes on Monday damaged many homes in Appleton, and Menasha, WI. These two communities are about 6 ½ miles apart.

At least four tornadoes were reported Monday. The governor declared a state of emergency yesterday, Tuesday the 28th, after widespread damage to homes, trees and power lines was reported in the Fox Cities, which is a group of 19 interconnected communities around Appleton, along the Fox River in east-central Wisconsin. No deaths have been reported, and one factor that may have saved lives, is the fact that severe storms were not predicted earlier Monday, so residents were at work, away from their neighborhoods. The most destructive tornado was reported 2 miles west-northwest of Appleton, and was on the ground for 12 miles, and was at one point three-fourths of a mile wide as it moved through Neenah, and Oshkosh.
